A plant-based diet provides all the nutrients your nails, hair and skin need to look their best. Some foods, however, do contain more nutritional properties that support their growth and overall health than others do. Check out the following list of superfoods to give you amazing nails, hair and skin ASAP!

1. Goji Berries

Goji berries are packed full of antioxidants which are great for clearing the skin and boast a host of anti-ageing properties. Including these little berries in your diet will protect your skin by reducing the amount of free radicals which bring harm to skin cells. These little wonders can also help to reduce the appearance of scars by improving the blood flor to the scar tissue.

2. Almonds
