3 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse

What this is about… is making your body feel good. It's more of a reset, and all of the fibre from the greens and fruits will make you feel cleansed.
Each smoothie recipe makes about 6 cups, which provide three 2-cup servings for each day. In addition to this, you should also snack on healthy foods like goji berries or nuts and seeds if your body craves it.
Day 1: Everything Green
