3 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse

First off - let's be clear about what we're calling a "cleanse"

    ... this is not intended to be a "let's starve ourselves and “live on cabbage soup for 3 days" type of a deal! 

   ... You are not to feel dizzy or lightheaded. You are not trying to lost 10 pounds in 3 days and shrink 2 dress sizes – it’s just not possible or healthy!

 

What this is about… is making your body feel good. It's more of a reset, and all of the fibre from the greens and fruits will make you feel cleansed.

 

Each smoothie recipe makes about 6 cups, which provide three 2-cup servings for each day. In addition to this, you should also snack on healthy foods like goji berries or nuts and seeds if your body craves it.

 

Day 1: Everything Green

  • 2 cups Kale

  • 1 cup of Spinach

  • 1 large handful Parsley

  • 1 frozen Banana

  • 1 green Apple

  • 1 pear, cored

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Supergreens+ or Spirulina Powder

  • 30g Almonds

  • 350ml Almond milk

  • 5 ice cubes

 

Day 2: Berries & Beets

  • 2 cups Kale

  • 1 cup of Spinach

  • 3 cooked Beets

  • 1 frozen Banana

  • 300g Frozen Berries

  • 30g NUA Naturals Hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp.  NUA Naturals Cacao powder

  • 300ml Almond milk

  • 5 ice cubes

 

Day 3: Peach Delight

  • 3 cups Spinach

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 3 inches fresh Ginger

  • 1 frozen Banana

  • 2 cups frozen Peaches

  • 30g Almonds

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Maca powder

  • 300ml Coconut water

  • 5 ice cubes
