Kick starting your day with some superfoods is the best way to start the day. Adding some superberries to your morning porridge is a great way to boost your breakfast with extra antioxidants. And don’t think all those fancy superfood powders are just for smoothies either – quickly mix in a teaspoon of maca powder or a spoonful of acai powder to your porridge for a super nutritious boost.
Goji your Tea

If you’re impressed with the benefits of green juice but don’t have the time to make it yourself put wheatgrass powder to use.
Stir in ½ teaspoon into your juice, milk, or water, and take advantage of wheatgrass’s hyper-condensed micronutrient content.

The mighty chia seed is seen as one of the ultimate superfoods. You can sprinkle a teaspoon of chia on virtually anything at all, and reap the rewards.
