Vegan Valentines Cake

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180C. Grease two round pans with coconut oil and line with parchment. 

  • Cook the lentils in the water, bring to boil and simmer till water is almost gone (15min).

  • When ready, blend cooked lentils until smooth in a food prcoessor and allow to cool for for 10mins.

  • Pour almond milk & apple sauce into lentil mix and blend until smooth.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients until smooth. 

  • Pour batter into cake pans and bake for 20 to 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean

  • Take out of oven and place pans on rack to cool for 20min until flipping cakes out of pans

  • Cover with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
