Vegan Pancakes 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

Instructions:

  • In a  bowl, mix together milk, water, vegan butter, and vanilla.

  • In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix flour, agave, and salt.

  • Whisk flour mixture into milk mixture until batter is smooth.

  • Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

  • When ready to use, heat a pan on medium-high heat and coat with coconut oil

  • Ladle some mix onto the pan.

  • Swirl pan to allow batter to spread out thinly.

  • Cook until edges are crispy and golden, then flip to cook other side until lightly browned.

  • Repeat with remaining batter.

  • Serving with your favourite topping.

  • Vegan Nutella

  • Raspberry Coconut Butter
