Vanilla rice Protein Muffins

 

 

 

Ingredients: (makes 8-10)

  • 30g NUA Naturals Vanilla Rice Protein

  • 90g Spelt flour

  • 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed

  • 120g Apple Sauce

  • 40g NUA Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar 

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. GF Baking powder

  • ½ tsp. GF Baking soda

  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven 180C and line a baking tray.

  • In a bowl, mix the bananas, apple sauce, coconut palm suagr, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir the mixture until it gets "fluffy", and set aside.

  • In another bowl, mix the flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  • Then mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Be sure not to overmix.

  • Fill 8- 10 muffin paper cups ⅔ full of mixture.

  • Bake in oven for about 15 minutes. Leave in muffin tin for 5 minutes, then remove and cool.

  • Enjoy!
