Ultra Energy Bars
Ingredients:

30g NUA Naturals Goji Berries

30g NUA Naturals Hemp Seeds

1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

30g NUA Naturals Cacao Nibs
-
1 cup Qalnuts, soaked overnight

2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Cacao powder

7-8 dates, soaked and pitted
Instructions:

In a food processor, pulse walnuts until grainy in texture.

Add the cacao nibs, hemp seeds, goji berries and cacao powder to the processor.

Pulse again until ingredients are well-incorporated.

With the motor running, add one date at a time until all dates are mixed in.

On a piece of parchment paper, press the mixture in an even layer about 1/4” thick.

Score out a grid of rectangular shaped pieces.
-
Wrap in parchment paper and store in the fridge.

Take them out on a ike or bike ride to sustain you throughout your training session!
