Spirulina Hummus

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (425g) can of chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

  • 80ml Water

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Spirulina Powder

  • 60g Tahini

  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp. Paprika

  • Juice from 1 fresh lemon

  • Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Using a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, water, lemon juice, olive oil, & garlic until smooth.

  • Thoroughly stir-in the Spirulina powder, paprika, sea salt, & pepper.

  • Serve sprinkled with paprika for garnish (optional).

  • Enjoy with nachos, chopped veggies, or your favorite crackers.

  • Store in the fridge.
