Spirulina Hummus
Ingredients:

1 (425g) can of chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

80ml Water
-
1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Spirulina Powder
-
60g Tahini
-
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp. Paprika
-
Juice from 1 fresh lemon
-
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
-
Using a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, water, lemon juice, olive oil, & garlic until smooth.

Thoroughly stir-in the Spirulina powder, paprika, sea salt, & pepper.
-
Serve sprinkled with paprika for garnish (optional).
-
Enjoy with nachos, chopped veggies, or your favorite crackers.
-
Store in the fridge.
