Savoury Hemp Bread
Ingredients:

1 cup Chopped tomatoes

3 Chopped Spring Onions

1/2 Cup of Olive oil

1/2 Cup of NUA Naturals Hemp seeds
-
1 medium Zucchini (chopped)
-
2 Cups of Ground flax seeds
-
1/4 Cup of Chopped Parsley
-
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
-
1 tsp Himalayan salt
Instructions:

In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except for ground flax seeds.

Once blended until smooth, stir in the flax seeds.

Spread mixture evenly on two non-stick dehydrator sheets.

Place is dehydrator at 115 degrees.

After about 6 hours, flip bread onto mesh dehydrator sheets. Let dehydrate for about 14 hours.

Always check the bread every few hours to make sure it isn’t getting too dry.
