Rice Protein Bites

 

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup GF Oat flour

  • 70g NUA Naturals Rice Protein (you choose which flavour)

  • 60g Almond Butter

  • 20g NUA Naturals Golden Berries

  • 10g NUA Naturals Cacao Nibs

  • 30g Mixed Nuts of your choice

  • 120ml Almond Milk

  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp. Himalayan Salt

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein, cinnamon and salt.

  • Mix in the almond butter to  create a crumbly mixture. 

  • Slowly add the milk until a very thick batter is formed.

  • Using your hands, form into bite sized balls and place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up slightly. 

  • Enjoy as a healthy, energising snack!
