Rice Protein Bites
Ingredients:

1 cup GF Oat flour

70g NUA Naturals Rice Protein (you choose which flavour)

60g Almond Butter
-
20g NUA Naturals Golden Berries
-
10g NUA Naturals Cacao Nibs
-
30g Mixed Nuts of your choice
-
120ml Almond Milk
-
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
-
1/4 tsp. Himalayan Salt
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein, cinnamon and salt.

Mix in the almond butter to create a crumbly mixture.
-
Slowly add the milk until a very thick batter is formed.
-
Using your hands, form into bite sized balls and place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up slightly.

Enjoy as a healthy, energising snack!
