Raw GF Brownies

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

For the dusting

 

For the frosting

 

Instructions:

  • To make the brownies, using a double boiler, melt 50g cacao butter

  • Once melted, transfer to a food processor with the remain brownie ingredients and blend until a dough forms.( you may need a few drops of water)

  • Roll out the brownie dough until it’s about 1/2 thick and cut into square.

  • Place brownies on a lined baking tray and pop them into the freezer.

  • To make the frosting, melt 50g of cacao butter using the same method as above.

  • Once  melted, add the remaining frosting ingredients and whisk until you have a rich, smooth chocolate icing.

  • Remove the brownies from the freezer, drizzle generously with the chocolate frosting and place back into the freezer for 1-2 hours.

  • Before serving dust with cacao powder!
