Raw GF Brownies
Ingredients:

300g Hazelnuts

50g NUA Naturals Cacao Powder

50g NUA Naturals Cacao Nibs
-
50g NUA Naturals Cacao Butter
-
50g NUA Naturals Lucuma Powder
-
50g Pitted Dates
-
60ml NUA Naturals Agave Nectar
For the dusting
-
35g NUA Naturals Cacao powder
For the frosting
-
120g NUA Naturals Cacao butter
-
50g NUA Naturals Lucuma Powder
-
50g NUA Naturals Cacao powder
-
60g Nut Butter (Almond, peanut, or cashew etc.)
Instructions:

To make the brownies, using a double boiler, melt 50g cacao butter
-
Once melted, transfer to a food processor with the remain brownie ingredients and blend until a dough forms.( you may need a few drops of water)

Roll out the brownie dough until it’s about 1/2 thick and cut into square.

Place brownies on a lined baking tray and pop them into the freezer.

To make the frosting, melt 50g of cacao butter using the same method as above.

Once melted, add the remaining frosting ingredients and whisk until you have a rich, smooth chocolate icing.

Remove the brownies from the freezer, drizzle generously with the chocolate frosting and place back into the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Before serving dust with cacao powder!
