Raspberry Cacao Pudding

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 40g Date Paste

  • ½ Avocado

  • 100g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Cacao Powder

  • ½ tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

  • 2 tbsp. Almond Milk 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Blend the dates and avocado together in a food processor until it's very creamy.

  • Add the raspberries, cacao powder and vanilla and process until well combined.

  • Add the milk and serve immediately.

NOTE: If using fresh raspberries, you'll probably want to refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
