Quinoa Porridge 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Place the quinoa and milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

  • Allow to simmer and stir in the help seeds.

  • Blend the mix using a hand blender until smooth (leave slightly textured)

  • Serve mixed with raspberries and agave
