Quinoa & Berry Breaskfast Bowl

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 90g Organic Quinoa

  • 120ml Rice or Almond Milk

  • 120ml Water

  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

  • 80g Blackberries and Raspberries

  • 20g Chopped Pecans

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Combine milk, water and quinoa in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.

  • Turn off heat; let stand covered 5 minutes.

  • Stir in the berries and cinnamon; transfer to 2 bowls and top with pecans.

  • Drizzle with agave nectar over each serving.

  • Enjoy served warm!
