Quinoa & Berry Breaskfast Bowl
Ingredients:

90g Organic Quinoa
-
120ml Rice or Almond Milk
-
120ml Water
-
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
-
80g Blackberries and Raspberries
-
20g Chopped Pecans
-
1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Agave Nectar
Instructions:

Combine milk, water and quinoa in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
-
Turn off heat; let stand covered 5 minutes.

Stir in the berries and cinnamon; transfer to 2 bowls and top with pecans.
-
Drizzle with agave nectar over each serving.

Enjoy served warm!
