Protein Creme Brulee
Ingredients:

120ml Fat-reduced Coconut milk

3 tbsp NUA Naturals Pea protein
-
1 tsp. NUA Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar
– optional: a few drops of caramel food flavouring
Instructions:

Mix coconut milk and pea protein.

Pour into a ramekin.

Bake for 20-25 min around 220C.

Remove from oven.

Spread a tiny bit of coconut palm sugar over the custard.

Place dish under broiler until sugar melts, about 2 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to burn.
(Normally you’re supposed to caramelise the topping with a blowtorch. If you don’t own one, just place the custard under a very hot grill until golden and bubbling).

Remove from heat and allow to cool. Refrigerate until custard is set.
