2 tbsp Nut butter (almond, cashew etc.)

1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Hemp Protein Powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp NUA Naturals Chia seeds
Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender.
