Pre-Workout Smoothie

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 240ml Hemp milk

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsp Nut butter (almond, cashew etc.)

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Hemp Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp NUA Naturals Chia seeds

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.

  • Blitz until smooth and enjoy before a fierce workout!
