Matcha Ice-Cream
Ingredients:

500ml Coconut Milk

2 tsp. NUA Naturals Matcha Latte Powder (any flavour)

1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

100ml NUA Naturals Agave nectar

1 tsp xantham gum
Instructions:

Put the milk, matcha powder, vanilla powder and agave nectar into a blender and blend.

Then add the xantham gum it will thicken it up.

Pour the mixture into a plactic container and stir every half an our so it doesn’t crystallise. It should take about 4 house to do.

Enjoy with whatever topping takes your fancy. We Love this with some White Mulberries!
