Linseed Bars  

 

 

 

Ingredients: (makes 10)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 100 C.

  • Mix the milled chia and water together and allow a gel to form (15 mins)

  • Mix all ingredients, if the mixture is too dry add a little water.

  • On a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the batter evenly and press until it’s about 1cm thick.

  • Bake in an oven for an hour.

  • Slice into bars and store in an airtight container.
