Lime & Hemp Protein Bars  

 

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 70g Almonds

  • 6 Medjool Dates

  • 30g NUA Naturals Hemp Seeds

  • 70g Almond Butter

  • 70g Dessicated Coconut

  • Zest of one lime

  • 1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

  • Pink of Himalayan Salt

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Using a food processor, blitz the nuts, dates, almond butter and hemp hemp seeds.

  • Process to create a chunky mixture or until the dates are incorporated.

  • Add in the remaining ingredients and process until well blended and the mixture presses together.

  • Press into a lined loaf pan. (You can also roll little balls, as you prefer)

  • Firm them up in the fridge, cut and store in an airtight container, in the fridge or freezer.
