Lime & Hemp Protein Bars
Ingredients:

70g Almonds
-
6 Medjool Dates
-
30g NUA Naturals Hemp Seeds

70g Almond Butter
-
70g Dessicated Coconut
-
Zest of one lime
-
1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

Pink of Himalayan Salt
Instructions:

Using a food processor, blitz the nuts, dates, almond butter and hemp hemp seeds.

Process to create a chunky mixture or until the dates are incorporated.

Add in the remaining ingredients and process until well blended and the mixture presses together.

Press into a lined loaf pan. (You can also roll little balls, as you prefer)

Firm them up in the fridge, cut and store in an airtight container, in the fridge or freezer.
