Brownies with Lavendar Ganache
Ingredients:
Brownies

120g Walnuts or Pecans

180g Dates, pitted

50g NUA Naturals Cacao Powder

1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Milled Chia Seeds
-
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Ganache
-
25g NUA Naturals Cacao Powder
-
2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Coconut Oil (melted)
-
2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Agave Nectar
-
1/4 tsp. Ground Lavendar (culinary use)

Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Instructions:

Line a 4x9 loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.

Blend the nuts, chia, and salt in food processor until fine (be sure not to over-process).

Add cacao powder and process about 10 seconds.

Add dates and process until dates are broken down and thoroughly incorporated.

Press into lined pan.

For the ganache, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and evenly spread over top of brownies.

Sprinkle with additional lavender.

Refrigerate until set or freeze for at least 5 minutes.

To store, keep refridgerated.
