Hemp Seed Hummus
Ingredients:

3 cups Chickpeas, cooked (or canned)

4 tbsp. NUA Naturals Hemp Seeds
-
6 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
2 Garlic cloves
-
4 tsp Lemon juice
-
1 tsp Salt
-
2 tbsp Water
-
Optional Garnish: paprika, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley
Instructions:

Grind hemp seeds in coffee grinder (or spice grinder or pestle and mortar).

Put them into food processor with lemon juice, chickpeas, water, garlic, olive oil and salt.Blend until smooth.

To serve, put in a plate or a bowl, drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, red pepper flakes and chopped parsley or coriander.
