Golden Incan Truffles 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 Cup NUA Naturals Golden Berries

  • 1/2 Cup Raisins

  • 1/2 Cup chopped Apricots

  • 1/4 Cup NUA Naturals Cacao nibs

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Bee Pollen

  • 1 cup  of nuts (mix of pecans and almonds)

  • 1 tsp NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

  • 2 tbps Honey

  • Pinch of Salt

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Place the inca berries, raisins, apricots, nuts, honey and salt in a food processor and blend.

  • Add the cacao nibs and bee pollen and mix gently.

  • Roll into bit-size balls and dip into melted raw chocolate
