Golden Incan Truffles
Ingredients:

1/2 Cup NUA Naturals Golden Berries
-
1/2 Cup Raisins
-
1/2 Cup chopped Apricots
-
1/4 Cup NUA Naturals Cacao nibs
-
1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Bee Pollen
-
1 cup of nuts (mix of pecans and almonds)
-
1 tsp NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder
-
2 tbps Honey
-
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
-
Place the inca berries, raisins, apricots, nuts, honey and salt in a food processor and blend.

Add the cacao nibs and bee pollen and mix gently.

Roll into bit-size balls and dip into melted raw chocolate
