Golden Berry Salad 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Handful of leaves (your preference)

  • 1 Tomato (chopped)

  • 1/2 Carrot

  • 1 Avocado

  • Handful of NUA Naturals Golden Berries

  • 25g Olives (pitted & chopped)

  • 2 tbsp. Seeds (hemp, pumpkin, sesame etc)

  • The juice of half of lemon

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Place salad leaves  into a salad bowl and squeeze over the half lemon.

  • Next finely slice the carrot, dice the tomato and cut the avocado into small pieces, and then add to the leaves.

  • Mix the olives and seeds into the salad and top with golden berries. 

  • Deliciously healthy!
