Golden Berry Salad
Ingredients:

1 Handful of leaves (your preference)

1 Tomato (chopped)
-
1/2 Carrot
-
1 Avocado
-
Handful of NUA Naturals Golden Berries
-
25g Olives (pitted & chopped)
-
2 tbsp. Seeds (hemp, pumpkin, sesame etc)
-
The juice of half of lemon
Instructions:
-
Place salad leaves into a salad bowl and squeeze over the half lemon.
-
Next finely slice the carrot, dice the tomato and cut the avocado into small pieces, and then add to the leaves.
-
Mix the olives and seeds into the salad and top with golden berries.
-
Deliciously healthy!
