Goji Orange Chocolates
Ingredients:

2 heaped tbsp. NUA Naturals Cacao Powder

2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Goji Berries
-
1 tbsp. Almond Butter
-
2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Coconut Oil
-
1 tbsp. Juice from freshly squeezed orange
-
Zest from 1/2 an Orange
-
1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla powder
-
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Instructions:

In a heavy bottomed saucepan, melt the coconut oil and almond butter over a low heat.

Whisk until smooth, add in the orange juice and zest and set aside.
-
Place the goji berries, cacao powder and salt in a grinder and grind.
-
Add the ground mixture to the saucepan and whisk until combined.
-
Pour mix into moulds and refridgerate for 45 mins for enjoying.
-
Store in the fridge.
