Gluten Free Wraps
Ingredients:

100 g Gluten Free Flour (Buckwheat Flour or Rice Flour)

180 ml Water
-
2 tbsps Melted NUA Naturals Coconut Oil

¼ tsp Salt
Instructions:

Mix together the flour, salt, water and 1 spoon of oil.

Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.
-
Heat a little oil in a heavy frying pan spoon some mix into the pan.
-
Cook on both sides for 2-3 mins.
-
Roll up with your favourite sandwich filling and enjoy.
-
Cover with cling film or foil to stop them from drying out.
