Gluten Free Wraps

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Gluten Free Flour (Buckwheat Flour  or Rice Flour)

  • 180 ml Water

  • 2 tbsps Melted NUA Naturals Coconut Oil

  • ¼ tsp Salt

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Mix together the flour, salt, water and 1 spoon of oil.

  • Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.

  • Heat a little oil in a heavy frying pan spoon some mix into the pan.

  • Cook on both sides for 2-3 mins.

  • Roll up with your favourite sandwich filling and enjoy.

  • Cover with cling film or foil to stop them from drying out.
