GF Gingerbread Men
Ingredients: (Makes 6)

95 grams Almond Flour

11g NUA Naturals Coconut Flour

40g NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

20ml Molasses
-
20g NUA Naturals Coconut Oil (melted)

¼ tsp. Baking Soda

¼ tsp. Cinnamon
-
¼ tsp. Ginger
-
¼ tsp. Cloves
-
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
-
¼ tsp. Himalayan Salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 C. Sprinkle a piece of parchment paper with almond flour and lay on baking tray.

Combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.

In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined.

Roll the dough into a ball, place in cling film and chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until the dough is quite firm.

Roll dough out to about ⅛", and, working quickly, use your cookie cutters of choice to cut out the desired shapes.

Bake the gingerbread men for 7 - 9 minutes. They'll still be soft when you take them out of the oven.

Immediately remove the piece of parchment paper and transfer to a wire rack. If you want them slightly crunchy, you can let them cool on the baking tray.

When completely cooled, you can pipe on some chocolate for decoration.

Store in an airtight container.
