Dijon Green Wrap

 

 

 

Ingredients:

For the wrap:

  • 1 Handful of Spinach (chopped)

  • 1/2 Avocado (sliced)

  • 1/8 Cucumber (peeled and sliced)

  • 1 Gluten Free wrap

For the Mustard Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 Lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper

 

 

Instructions:

  • Make dressing: combine all ingredients together, stirring until combined.

  • Mix spinach and dressing together.

  • Assemble wrap starting with avocado, then add cucumber, and finally add the mustard spinach.

  • Wrap up and enjoy!
