Coffee & Orange Chia Pudding
Ingredients:

120ml of your favourite Coffee

3-4 tbsp. NUA Naturals Chia Seeds

1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

60ml Nut Milk (we like to use almond)

1/2 an Orange (segmented)
-
1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla powder
-
Zest of 1/2 an Orange
Instructions:

Make your coffee, stir in the agave and then add the chia seeds.

Leave to stand and soak for about 10-15 minutes, stirring every now and then so that the seeds don’t sink to the bottom.

Stir in the milk, vanilla and orange zest, mix well and leave to stand another 5 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving with the fresh orange segments
