Coffee & Orange Chia Pudding

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 120ml of your favourite Coffee

  • 3-4 tbsp. NUA Naturals Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

  • 60ml Nut Milk (we like to use almond)

  • 1/2 an Orange (segmented)

  • 1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla powder

  • Zest of 1/2 an Orange

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Make your coffee, stir in the agave and then add the chia seeds.

  • Leave to stand and soak for about 10-15 minutes, stirring every now and then so that the seeds don’t sink to the bottom.

  • Stir in the milk, vanilla and orange zest, mix well and leave to stand another 5 minutes.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving with the fresh orange segments
