Coconut Whipped Cream
Ingredients:

1 can(400ml) Coconut milk

3 tsp. NUA Naturals Agave nectar

1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla powder
Instructions:

Take a can of full fat Coconut Milk (do not use low fat).

Place the can in the fridge overnight to make the milk go solid.

Just before you make your whipped cream, place a mixing bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to help keep everything cold.

Remove the chilled can from fridge and turn it upside down.(Why flip it upside down? – The liquid that doesn’t harden will now be at the top of the can)

Open the can and pour the liquid part into another bowl. (Use this liquid for other uses like smoothies!)

Scoop the coconut cream into your chilled bowl.

Whip the cream until fluffy.

Add in a touch of agave (2-3 tsp.) and vanilla powder and whip it again.

Voila, a delicious whipped cream without the dairy!

Use over desserts or as a cupcake frosting.
