Coconut Oil Coleslaw

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 220g NUA Naturals Coconut Oil (softened)

  • 180ml Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 Clove of Garlic (chopped)

  • 30g NUA Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar

  • 1 tsp. Dry mustard

  • 1 tsp. Celery seed

  • 1 tsp. Himalayan Salt 

  • 1 tsp.  White pepper

  • 1/2 Head of Cabbage

  • 1/2 Carrot

 

 

Instructions:

  • Place the dry mustard, celery seed, garlic, sugar and salt & pepper into a bowl.

  • Stir in the vinegar.

  • Add in the coconut oil, use a low-speed blender if you wish.

  • Shred the cabbage and carrot and pour the mix over them.

  • Toss all the ingredients and enjoy.
