Coconut Oil Coleslaw
Ingredients:

220g NUA Naturals Coconut Oil (softened)

180ml Red Wine Vinegar
-
1 Clove of Garlic (chopped)

30g NUA Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar
-
1 tsp. Dry mustard
-
1 tsp. Celery seed
-
1 tsp. Himalayan Salt
-
1 tsp. White pepper
-
1/2 Head of Cabbage
-
1/2 Carrot
Instructions:
-
Place the dry mustard, celery seed, garlic, sugar and salt & pepper into a bowl.

Stir in the vinegar.

Add in the coconut oil, use a low-speed blender if you wish.

Shred the cabbage and carrot and pour the mix over them.
-
Toss all the ingredients and enjoy.
