Sweet Chocolate Potato Pudding

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Bake your sweet potato for 45 minutes to an hour. 

  • Let your sweet potato cool and peel the skin before mashing. 

  • Add sweet potato and remaining ingredients to a food processor and blend until completely smooth. 

  • Chill in a container for a couple of hours or more before eating.
