Sweet Chocolate Potato Pudding
Ingredients:

1 large Sweet potato (1½ cups) cooked & mashed

25g NUA Naturals Cacao Powder

35g NUA Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar
-
1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Lucuma Powder
-
120ml Almond Milk
-
½ tbspp. Cinnamon
-
1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder
-
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Instructions:
-
Bake your sweet potato for 45 minutes to an hour.

Let your sweet potato cool and peel the skin before mashing.
-
Add sweet potato and remaining ingredients to a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
-
Chill in a container for a couple of hours or more before eating.
