Chocolate maca Mousse

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • First, melt the cacao paste using a bain marie.

  • Then soak and stir the chia in the water until the chia expands and becomes gelatinous (about 5-10 minutes).

  • Pour the soaked chia into your blender and add everything but the cacao paste and maca.

  • Blend well until smooth and the chia is broken down.

  • Add the melted cacao paste and blend again to incorporate.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

  • Add in the Maca and blend again.

  • Pour into your serving dishes and chill overnight.

  • Top with raspberries and coconut cream or topping of choice
