Chocolate maca Mousse
Ingredients:

4 tbsp. NUA Naturals Chia seeds

80g NUA Naturals Cacao Paste (melted)

4 tbsp. NUA Naturals Coconut Oil

450ml Water
-
3 tbsp. NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

1 1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder
-
1 tsp. NUA Naturals Maca Powder

Pinch of himalayan salt
Instructions:

First, melt the cacao paste using a bain marie.

Then soak and stir the chia in the water until the chia expands and becomes gelatinous (about 5-10 minutes).

Pour the soaked chia into your blender and add everything but the cacao paste and maca.

Blend well until smooth and the chia is broken down.

Add the melted cacao paste and blend again to incorporate.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Add in the Maca and blend again.

Pour into your serving dishes and chill overnight.

Top with raspberries and coconut cream or topping of choice
