Chocolate Covered Almonds
Ingredients:

2 cups raw Almonds

2 tbsp NUA Naturals Coconut Oil

2 tbsp NUA Naturals Cacao powder

Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Instructions:

In a bowl place almonds and a pinch of salt.

Cover with water and soak the almonds overnight
-
Drain and air dry for about one hour
-
Melt coconut oil and add all remaining ingredients using a bain marie and mix them together
-
Put nuts in a bowl and pour liquid mixture over them
-
Spread nuts on a single layer lined dehydrator tray
-
Dry at 125 degrees F until no longer wet or sticky and enjoy!
