Chocolate Covered Almonds 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • In a bowl place almonds and a pinch of salt. 

  • Cover with water and soak the almonds overnight

  • Drain and air dry for about one hour

  • Melt coconut oil and add all remaining ingredients using a bain marie and mix them together

  • Put nuts in a bowl and pour liquid mixture over them

  • Spread nuts on a single layer lined dehydrator tray

  • Dry at 125 degrees F until no longer wet or sticky and enjoy!
