Chocolate Caramel Pie

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Crust: –

100g Ground Almonds

½ cup Shredded Coconut

4 Medjool Dates

55g NUA Naturals Coconut Oil

2 tbsp. Water

 

Caramel: –

90g Medjool Dates

60 ml NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Coconut Oil

Pinch of Sea Salt

Pinch of NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

 

Chocolate: –

Medium Avocado

30g NUA Naturals Cacao Powder

60 ml NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

2 tbsp. NUA Naturals Coconut Oil

 

Instructions:

  • For the crust, mix all ingredients together in a food processor until it comes together.

  •  Press into greased 6 inch round tin.

  •  For the caramel, mix all ingredients together until smooth in a blender and spread mix over the crust.

  •  For the chocolate, mix all ingredients together until smooth in a blender.

  •  Spread this mix over the caramel layer.

  •  Place in the refrigerator until chilled.

  •  Remove from pan and enjoy!
