Chia Seed Porridge 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 30g NUA Naturals chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

  • 1 cup water

  • 2-3 splashes almond or soya milk

  • 2 tbsp GF oats or quinoa

  • Fruit + nuts to top at the end

  • optional: Honey or Agave Syrup

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Night before: Mix chia seeds and water together in a container.

  • Add in the berries, stir around and leave in fridge to set.

  • In a saucepan over a medium heat, add the berry chia mix and stir in with the milk.

  • Add in the oats and mix through. (Add more milk or sweetener if you like.)

  • After about 5 minutes the porridge should be ready.

  • Top with fresh fruit and nuts for a delicious winter warmer!
