Cherry Ginger Lime Smoothie

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g Frozen Cherries

  • 1 Lime - peeled

  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Cream

  • 10g NUA Naturals Rice Protein Powder

  • ½ Green apple

  • 2 inch piece Ginger - thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Chia Seeds

  • 200ml Water

  • Ice if desired

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Place all the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend for around 30-60 seconds or until nice and smooth.
