Cashew Icing
Ingredients:

150g Cashews
-
150ml Coconut Water
-
1 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder
Instructions:

Blend the raw cashews until they are a fine meal.

Add the Coconut water and vanilla and combine on high for about 1 minute.
-
Place in fridge to thicken for 1-2 hours before using to ice cakes/muffins.
-
Store your cashew icing in the fridge for a few days
