Cashew Icing

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Blend the raw cashews until they are a fine meal.

  • Add the Coconut water and vanilla and combine on high for about 1 minute.

  • Place in fridge to thicken for 1-2 hours before using to ice cakes/muffins. 

  • Store your cashew icing in the fridge for a few days
