Cacao & Coconut Energy Balls
Ingredients:

125g NUA Naturals Cacao Powder

1 ripe Banana
-
1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Spirulina Powder

6 Medjool dates, pitted (soak for 30 minutes)

30g NUA Naturals Hemp Seeds
-
30g NUA Naturals Goji Berries (soak for 30 minutes)

1/2 tsp. NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder
-
Desiccated Coconut for rolling
Instructions:

Soak the dates and goji berries separately and drain after 30 minutes.

Put all ingredients (except the coconut) into a food processor and blend until it is a dough-like consistency.

If mix is too wet, add more cacao powder. If too dry, add more banana.

Form into balls and roll them in shredded coconut
-
These will keep in the fridge for a couple weeks - you may also freeze them!
