Cacao & Coconut Energy Balls  

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Soak the dates and goji berries separately and drain after 30 minutes.

  • Put all ingredients (except the coconut) into a food processor and blend until it is a dough-like consistency. 

  • If mix is too wet, add more cacao powder. If too dry, add more banana.

  • Form into balls and roll them in shredded coconut

  • These will keep in the fridge for a couple weeks - you may also freeze them!
