Blueberry Lemon Slices
Ingredients:

90g NUA Naturals Coconut flour
-
200g Apple Sauce
-
60g Tapioca starch
-
110g NUA Naturals Coconut Oil
-
75g NUA Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar
-
150g Blueberries
-
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
-
1 tbsp. GF Baking Powder
-
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 C and line a square baking pan with parchment paper (8 x 8).

Combine the coconut flour, tapioca, coconut oil, sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon juice, and applesauce.

Mix until it forms a thick dough.

Fold in the blueberries.

Place dough into the baking pan and press dough evenly into the pan.

Bake for 42-45 minutes.

Cut into slices to serve!
