Berry & Cinnamon Crumble
Ingredients:

1 Kilo (1000g) Cooking Apples

280g NUA Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar

500g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

150g Rolled Oats
-
150g Gluten Free Flour
-
50g Almonds (chopped)
-
50g Coconut (desiccated)
-
150g NUA Naturals Coconut Oil (melted)
-
1/2 tbsp. Cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Peel and slice the apples and place in a saucepan with 180g Coconut Palm sugar and some water.

Gently stew for 15 mins until semi soft.
-
Allow to cool slights and add in the berries.
-
For the crumble, mix the flour, remaining sugar, nuts, oats, coconut and cinnamon together. Stir in the melted coconut oil.

Place the stewed apples and berries in you chosen dish or ramekins.

Cover the stewed fruit with the crumble mixture and bake for 30-40 mins.
