Bee Pollen Smoothie 

 

Ingredients:

  • 120ml Almond Milk (or other milk)

  • 75g Frozen of fresh Blueberries 

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Medjool date, pitted (optional)

  • 1 inch of Fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 1-2 tsp. NUA Naturals Bee Pollen  (or more if desired)

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Instructions:

  • Simply add all the ingredient to the blender and blitz!

  • Enjoy straight away
