Almond Protein Bars

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 220g Almond Flour

  • 100g NUA Naturals Hemp Protein Powder

  • 250g Almond Butter (or use any nut butter of your choice)

  • 240ml NUA Naturals Agave Nectar

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

  • 40g NUA Naturals Cacao Nibs

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • In a bowl mix the flour, protein powder, sea salt and cinnamon.

  • Add in nut butter and agave and stir well to combine into a thick and dry mixture. Add come almond milk if necessary.

  • Stir in cacao nibs, distributing evenly.

  • Press the mixture into a lined 9×13 pan.

  • Place in freezer for about 10 minutes for bars to harden up. Remove and cut into 20 bars.

  • To store: Wrap each bar individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer in a container or air-tight bag.
