Acai Energy Bars

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 Medjool Dates (pitted)

  • 3 tbsp. NUA Naturals Acai powder

  • 2 tbsp. Raisins

  • 100g Cashew nuts (Chopped)

  • 40g Dried Apricots

  • Pinch of NUA Naturals Vanilla Powder

  • Pinch of Ground Ginger

  • Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor.

  •  Blend until dough has formed.

  •  Place dough on a non-stick sheet and press into 1” thick triangle.

  •  Wrap and place in freezer for half an hour.

  • Cut into 10 pieces.
